- Once the order is placed, you will receive an email about order details from our fulfillment center
- Our quality check team inspects the quality of the product and its condition. Once QC approved it goes to the packing team
- Our packing team collect the item from QC and check for QC approved mark. Our team will pack carefully your order and handed to the delivery partner.
- Our delivery partner carefully deliver your parcel at your doorstep regardless distance.

We are thriving on our industry scale and offer a wide range of pin codes. No need to worry about your order, we deliver pan-India-level
Once your order is placed at www.Hehap.com, We offer within 3 – 5 days in protected packaging at your given shipping address.
How will you be notified about your order?
Once you place the order, You will receive an email from Hehap.com with complete details. We will also inform about our courier partner details and tracking status once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We have our trusted courier/ logistics partners.
But in the event of the non-availability of the customer, we will try for 1 more delivery attempt. Still, we did not get any response from the customer, then the order will be return back to our fulfillment warehouse.
