1. Where is my Purchase? My item is experiencing a delay?

Please note that there may be occasional delays, which could add 1 – 3 days to your delivery time. 2. Was the Payment successful, but the order didn’t go through?
Such situations are frequently encountered, and we acknowledge that they can cause significant confusion. Please see the following clarification:
When making a payment, it is necessary to establish a secure connection between your banking partner and the merchant’s banking partner.
